Climate Alliance Webinar : Safeguarding groundwater & soil in the face of climate change

An online webinar focused on how cities in Europe are tackling groundwater and soil challenges caused by climate change. The session shares practical strategies, experiences, and approaches to strengthen climate resilience in urban areas.

Organised by the Climate Alliance in cooperation with the Soil Alliance, and presented as part of the MARGIN project — a European initiative helping cities assess their vulnerability to groundwater risks and develop tailored resilience strategies.

Climate change is altering groundwater conditions and impacting soil health, with implications for drinking water, ecosystems, and urban sustainability. This webinar creates a platform for knowledge exchange, learning, and dialogue among practitioners, policymakers, and city stakeholders to share best practices and inspire resilient solutions.
