These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Belgium, excluding its conflicts of law principles, as stipulated in Article 17.7 (Applicable laws) of the WE-ACT Consortium Agreement. The Communication Leader’s adherence to these Terms of Use is subject to existing laws and legal processes. Nothing in these Terms of Use shall limit the Coordinator’s obligation to comply with law enforcement requests or requirements regarding your use of the website or information provided to or collected by the Communication Leader in relation to such use. If any provision of these Terms of Use is deemed unlawful, void, or unenforceable for any reason, that provision shall be considered separate and independent from the rest of these Terms of Use, and it shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions. These Terms of Use constitute the entire agreement between the parties concerning the subject matter and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, whether oral or written.
